Warm Weather Shipping Policy

Chocolate & Warm Weather

Yum-Wick® products are made with real premium chocolate and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures.

To help protect your order, we include insulated packaging and ice packs at no additional charge during warm weather months. However, once a package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee temperatures during transit, delivery, or after delivery.

Summer Shipping Recommendations

During warmer months, we strongly recommend:

• Selecting expedited shipping whenever available
• Shipping to an address where someone can immediately receive the package
• Avoiding outdoor mailboxes, porches, and unattended deliveries

Melted Product Policy

Because Yum-Wick® products are perishable food items, all sales are final.

Yum-Wick® is not responsible for melting caused by:

• Hot weather conditions
• Delayed package retrieval
• Packages left outdoors after delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the product

We review each case individually and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product, store credit, or promotional offer.
